Creative Expressions 2026 Submission Form

I certify that I have read and understood the rules and guidelines of the Creative Expressions 2026 Contest. I confirm that I am currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at BYU–Hawaii for the Fall 2026 Semester.

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that the work I am submitting is my own original piece of expression. I give the Office of Honor permission to display and spotlight my work in person, through campus advertisements, and on official Office of Honor social media for the purpose of highlighting student participation in campus activities.

The Office of Honor reserves the right to disqualify any submission that does not appropriately reflect the Voyage of Faith theme or does not meet the principles and expectations of the Honor Code.
