Creative Expressions 2024 Submission Form

I certify that I understood the rules and guidelines of the Creative Expressions Contest. I confirm that I am a currently enrolled undergrad student at BYU–Hawaii enrolled in the Fall 2024 Semester. With the submission of this form, I acknowledge that the work submitted is an original piece of expression that I created. I give the Office of Honor permission to display and spotlight this work in person, on campus advertisements, and official Office of Honor social media handles for the purpose of highlighting student participation in campus activities.
